Frequently Asked Questions

What is your process?

Every piece is handmade by me in my home studio. I use a combination of handbuilding and wheel-throwing techniques to create each item from start to finish. Once shaped, the pieces are dried, bisque fired, glazed, and then fired again to vitrify the clay and finish the surface. After the final firing, I carefully sand the bottoms of each piece to ensure they are smooth to the touch and surface-safe. Because of this hands-on process, no two pieces are exactly alike—each one is uniquely made with care and intention.

Do you ship in the US and worldwide?

At this time, I only ship within the United States. I hope to expand to international shipping in the future!

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns once an item is purchased. That said, if you have any concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me at kennedyvinceceramics@gmail.com—I want you to love your piece and am happy to help resolve any issues.

Your site says sold out. How do I order from you?

Because each item is handmade, restocks happen every few months in small batches. This means the shop may be sold out between updates. The best way to stay in the loop is to follow me on Instagram or TikTok and sign up for my email list. Restocks are announced in advance, and all pieces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis to keep things fair.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

I take great care in packing your pieces to ensure they arrive safely. However, once a package leaves my hands, damage can occasionally happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email me at kennedyvinceceramics@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving it. Include a photo of the damaged item and packaging so I can assess the situation and make it right.

Do you take commissions?

I don’t usually accept custom commissions. However, if you’re interested in a large order of existing pieces, feel free to reach out—I’d love to chat and see if it’s a good fit.
